Grubhub Campus Dining Welcomes 60+ University Partners Ahead of 2024-25 School Year

Grubhub today announced the expansion of its business Campus Diningto more than 60 schools across the country. Grubhub Campus Dining is the higher education arm of Grubhub's business that serves college students and integrates mobile ordering directly into campus meal plans. Last year wasthe strongest to datefor Grubhub Campus Dining, and with these new additions, Grubhub now reaches half a million new students and serves a total of more than four and a half million students.
New campus partners include the Universityfrom Alabama to Birmingham, the Universityfrom Tampa, the Universityfrom Missouri, Howard Universityand the Universityfrom TulaneWith the addition of these campuses, Grubhub now works with more than 360 universities, an increase of 21,% from last year.“After a strong 2023-24 school year, I am very proud that we are continuing to significantly grow our campus footprint and seeing such strong adoption of our additional services and solutions with our partners,” said

Grubhub is partnering with Cartken, Kiwibot, and Starship to provide robot delivery on college campuses and is expanding to nearly a dozen additional schools this semester. The new additions include

are rolling out Amazon's Just Walk Out technology to their campuses this fall. Ahead of last year's fall semester, Grubhub
brought Just Walk Out technologyAmazon is using Grubhub to its campus partners to enhance the dining experience. The technology allows users to shop at campus convenience stores and skip the checkout line. At the same time, payment is automatically deducted from their meal plan, declining account balance, or other payment methods linked to Grubhub. Establishments that have already adopted the technology include:Stevens Institute of TechnologyMontclair State UniversityAndLoyola Universityfrom Maryland.Sustainable catering solutionsGrubhubpartners with Topanga.io, a leading reusable packaging management platform, to provide a sustainable dining solution to its campus partners.
