The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus is expected to go on sale in India on August 7. This mid-range phone from Nothing is a beefed-up version of the Phone 2a smartphone.

The 8GB RAM with 256GB storage variant of the Nothing Phone 2a Plus will be priced at Rs 27,999, but it will be offered at Rs 25,999 under the sale offers.

The Nothing Phone 2a Plus is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro chipset.

Accompanied by the ARM Mali-G610 GPU, running at up to 1.3GHz, the Nothing Phone 2a Plus promises to be 30 GHz faster than its predecessor.

The company promises 3 years of software updates and 4 years of security updates.

The mid-range device features a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1,300 nits and supports an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz.

An upgrade has been made to Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) dimming, now set to 2160 Hz.

The device retains the same battery capacity as the Phone 2a at 5,000mAh, but the charging speed has been significantly improved, going from 33W to 50W.

The rear system includes a 50-megapixel main sensor with an f/1.88 lens and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor with a 114-degree field of view.

All three sensors support 50-megapixel direct photo output, HDR photography, and 4K video recording.
