These first 16 days are tough, but they also offer quick results. The first two days you will only have to eat vegetables, although tomatoes and avocados, which are fruits, are also allowed. But you can't even use oil. From the third day onwards, things get better, although they remain strict. You can incorporate legumes, fruits, protein sources and seeds or nuts, always taking into account that the total calorie consumption does not exceed 1000.

During these two weeks, you will have to eat three meals a day with a five-hour gap. , without pecking between them being allowed. In this way, you will ensure that your insulin levels drop and stabilize, allowing you to be less hungry.
