SeaWorld Orlando, known as the roller coaster capital of Orlando, has announced its latest attraction set to open in spring 2025: the world’s first Arctic Flying Theater. This new indoor experience will allow families to soar over icy landscapes and dive underwater to meet beluga whales, orcas, walruses and other majestic creatures. Rain or shine, this thrilling adventure promises a refreshing getaway for the whole family all year long.

The attraction builds on the success of Penguin Trek and accommodates guests with a minimum height of 39 inches, making it accessible to most families. The 4.5-minute ride takes place in two multi-level theatres, each seating 30 guests, offering breathtaking views of the Arctic landscape, the Northern Lights and marine life. Passengers will enjoy a unique perspective on the Arctic, from its underwater scenes to satellite views of its vast ecosystem.

The attraction, filmed with custom equipment in remote Arctic regions, showcases the region’s diverse environment in stunning detail, providing guests with a rare and immersive experience. Jon Peterson, president of SeaWorld Orlando, highlighted the park’s commitment to education and conservation, bringing the wonders of the Arctic to life.

SeaWorld 2025 Annual Pass members will enjoy exclusive, early access to this groundbreaking attraction. Passes are on sale now for those who want to be a part of this exhilarating adventure.
