This summer, Americans unite in their love of potatoes as Coast Packing's 7th Annual Beef Tallow Fry Contest names winners from Illinois, Minnesota and California

To close out the seventh annual #BeefTallowFrenchFries contest, Coast Packing Companyhonored four French fry lovers for their creativity and great taste in revealing the remarkable gourmet gifts of beef tallow: First Place WinnerAmy BizzarriofChicago, IL, the second place winnerYoshiharu SogiofSanta Rosa, CA, the third place winnerRenee SignorelliofMurrieta, CA, and the fourth place winnerCheryl LarimerofMonticello, MN.
One of the nation's leading suppliers of animal fats, Coast has once again inspired French fry lovers to shout out their desire for fries prepared in beef tallow. At the time, beef tallow fries helped make a certain major hamburger chain famous.
THEcompetitionwas a golden opportunity for participants to walk away with some serious loot while celebrating #NationalBeefTallowDay, which coincides with #NationalFrenchFryDay. Coast asked fry lovers to submit their favourite restaurant that serves beef tallow fries, or fry them at home, by including the hashtag #BeefTallowFrenchFries and tagging @CoastPackingCo while adding mouthwatering photos of the fries themselves. Winning entries were selected based on originality and creativity.
